post-app dating
Six weeks. Two guides.
What you leave with lives longer than the program.
This is not a course. There's no content to consume, no modules to complete.
It is a guided process for understanding yourself and how you relate.
Together, we explore your values, relationship patterns, and what you want to build with someone. The work takes shape through conversation, reflection, and the experiences you bring.
You leave with a written relational portrait—a personal account of your values, patterns, and needs that you can return to as you date.
What It Is
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
— Carl JungYou’ll meet weekly with Elena and Dina for individual sessions focused on you and how you relate. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, preferably in person.
The first two weeks include homework to bring into our conversations. Between sessions in the second half, the work moves into your actual life — noticing your patterns as they show up, and putting what we've found into practice as opportunities arise.
What to Expect
the shape of the journey
Start with what matters to you. Together, we explore the values you organize your life and relationships around—including those you’ve inherited and those you’ve chosen.
Through guided conversation and thoughtful questions, we help you put words to what matters beneath your first answers.
the mirror - weeks 1 + 2
Look at the thread running through your relationship history: what draws you in, what repeats, and how you respond when connection gets complicated.
Together, we examine past experiences to understand how you attach, navigate disagreement, and repair—and what happens to your values when they’re tested.
the map - weeks 3 + 4
the portrait - weeks 5 + 6
Bring what you’ve learned into one personal, written Relational Portrait: your values, patterns, needs, and how you relate.
We review it together in your final session. It’s yours to keep and return to as you meet people, make decisions, and continue putting the work into practice.

30 days: A follow-up session with Dina. The real work often lands here.
Week 10: Integration checkpoint.
90 days: Text access to Elena continues. You're not dropped.
After the Program
looking toward the grove
After the six-week Journey, separately from the journey itself, we review what we've learned using the Grove Five. We then decide whether the next step is curated introductions.
Completing the Journey does not guarantee an introduction. Sometimes the next step is further practice and reflection.
